NEWS
Eye Opener Speakers
Welcome to the (Un)doing Masculinities Summit #UMS2024, a groundbreaking international summit focused on rethinking masculinities and engaging men and boys in gender justice activities. Scheduled for September 29th to October 3rd, 2024, in Calgary, AB, UMS 2024 aims to cultivate a dynamic space for leading and emerging scholars, practitioners, and activists to share their research and practices related to interrogating existing and taken for granted understandings of masculinities.
Our aim is to disrupt and mobilize (pro-)feminist masculinities with the ultimate goal of fostering collaboration and dialogue that will shape future research, practice, and policy in this area of scholarship.
Join us as we collectively explore contemporary issues and share the most recent research on men, masculinities, and gender (in)justice, while identifying gaps and potential interchanges in the international landscape.
